INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Azuka Theatre generally looks to city and SEPTA closings during inclement weather as to whether we will cancel a performance. In the event of a performance cancellation, ticket-holders for those performances will be notified by email or phone as soon as the decision is made. Updates can also be found on Azuka's Twitter and Facebook pages. We always encourage you to check our website first for the most up-to-date cancellation information.


LATE SEATING POLICY

If you arrive after the performance has started, you will be seated at a time and location at the discretion of House Management pursuant to the needs of the production and other audience members in attendance. Due to the intimate nature of Azuka Theatre productions, latecomers are not guaranteed seating.

Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time.


FEES, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

FEES:
A Handling Fee of $2.00 per ticket will be included on any ticket purchases made online or in person using a credit card. We do not include handling fees on purchases made with cash or check.

EXCHANGES:
Azuka Theatre does not charge a fee to change a ticket reservation. Please note, however, we are unable to make exchanges within 24 hours of a performance.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you reserved tickets for a performance and are unable to attend, please email boxoffice@azukatheatre.org to cancel your reservation and release the tickets.
