Shelby Kay (Costume Designer)
Shelby is a designer, stylist and display artist living in Philadelphia. Since graduating from the University of the Arts in 2014, Shelby has worked on a variety of film and commercial projects including Sailor Jerry Run, Guinness, Longwood Gardens, University of the Sciences, Comcast, and Bailout Webseries. Additionally, she is a Flats Stylist at Urban Outfitters.
